What we do
Support can be tailored for projects, ongoing programs, assessments, training, or targeted improvement initiatives.
Identify hazards, evaluate workplace risks, strengthen controls, and support safer day-to-day operations.
Turn regulatory and organizational requirements into understandable processes, documentation, and action plans.
Evaluate workstations, tasks, tools, and workflows to reduce strain, improve fit, and support healthier work.
Create or improve safety programs, procedures, checklists, and practical systems that teams can actually use.
Deliver clear, relevant training that helps employees and leaders understand both the “what” and the “why.”
Review current practices, identify priorities, and build a realistic roadmap for improvement.
The Sage approach
The owl represents wisdom, observation, and sound judgment. That same mindset guides our approach: understand the work, identify what matters most, and recommend solutions that are practical, defensible, and sustainable.
Understand the work, people, environment, and existing systems.
Identify hazards, gaps, ergonomic stressors, and compliance priorities.
Develop practical controls, programs, and recommendations.
Support implementation, learning, documentation, and continuous improvement.
